Influenza Like Illness

Influenza Like Illness (ILI) is an outbreak now in some part of the Fiji Islands. The signs and symptoms are:, Fever, cough, runny nose, body aches, joints pain, headache and stomach upset.

if you experienced the whilst manifestations, dont panic!. Drink alot of fluid like lemon juice that is without sugar, Bed-rest, eat alot soup and dont miss meals. Stay indoor until you get better and have some Paracetamol as ordered by your medical officer.

Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough and always wash your hands before meals.
