Public Service Commission Overseas Award THE KINGDOM OF MOROCCO SCHOLARSHIP
The Kingdom of Morocco is offering 10 scholarships to Fiji citizens who wish to pursue further studies in Moroccan public institutions of higher education/technical and vocational training, for the academic year 2012 – 2013.
1.0 ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Degree Programs
i. Applicants must be aged between 19 and 23 years depending on institute chosen;
ii. Applicants must be holders of baccalaureate qualification or its equivalence;
iii. Selection of candidates is conducted according to condition requirements for the chosen discipline;
iv. The list of Moroccan Public Higher Education Institutions contains further details on specific access conditions, fields, period of studies and degrees – available on www.psc.gov.fj.
1.2 Masters and PhD Programs
i. Applicants for Masters programs must be holders of a Bachelor qualification, or equivalent degree, in the requested field.
ii. Candidates for PhD program must hold at least a Masters or a Graduate Degree recognized equivalent, giving access to the institutions and the required training.
iii. Candidates for these two programs must specify the field and the requested institution. For this they must consult the website of the Department of Higher Education on www.enssup.gov.ma, as well as those of Moroccan universities.
2.0 HOW TO APPLY
i. A written application stating, by order of preference, the field of studies and the educational institutions requested, along with the applicants’ contact details (mailing address, phone number, email) which should be clearly indicated;
ii. Completed application form with two copies of the following documents attached:
French is the language of instruction. Applicants from non-French-speaking countries will have to take upgrading courses in French at the Faculty of Education Sciences, in Rabat, for one year, during the academic year 2012-2013.
NB: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
