Did someone ever considers other possible causes of rising sea level?

Does it really connected to global warming? Where do you guys feel such heat? Personally never experienced an increasing heat, perhaps my physical body is adapting to the changes but I think there is plenty of room for further studies and alternatives to the cause to be considered.
