Expression of Interest-Kiribati Technical Vocational Education and Training Sector

Box Hill Institute (BHI) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals interested in providing services to the Kiribati Technical Vocational Education and Training Sector Strengthening Program (TVETSSP). The AusAID supported program aims to support t he Government of Kiribati to increase their capacity to provide international standard TVET qualifications to increase economic growth and employment opportunities for the people of Kiribati.
BHI is seeking expressions of interest for the following positions to be based in Kiribati for a period in excess of 18 months.

TVET Coordinator: Manage the implementation of the TVET programs in-country including capacity development within Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Development (MLHRD). This position will report to the Program Oversight Committee and be responsible for all reporting of the project including monitoring and evaluating the effect of the program.

Senior TVET Planning Specialist: Strengthen MLHRD organisational and individual staff capacity so they can assume responsibility for leading TVET planning. This includes development of budgets, operational and strategic planning and reporting to key stakeholders.

•Trainer- Plumbing
