Kangaroo meat a healthy alternative to lamb flaps?

Pacific Island countries which import fatty cuts of meat such as lamb flaps could help combat the epidemic of obesity in the region if they replaced those cuts of meat with kangaroo. The Kangaroo Industry Association of Australia says that currently only Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and a few upmarket hotels in other island countries buy kangaroo meat, but he insists the region could be an untapped market.
