The 48 year old Secondary School Principal who has been charged with seven counts of indecent assault and annoying female is not to set foot on Rabi Island.
He appeared in Labasa Court yesterday and part of his bail condition was that he is not to be on the island until his case is over.
The principal was taken into custody on Saturday after reports were lodged with the police that he allegedly indecently assaulted eight secondary school students.
Meanwhile, when Fijivillage contacted Education Minister Filipe Bole on the principal's employment status, he said that he does not know about the case and cannot say anything. He only said that if the principal is in court that means he cannot teach.
The Principal pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been released bail to appear in court on December 10th.
