Who and how do you identity a Banaban?

Lets be realistic for once Most of the people on Rabi when asked abt their origins,99.9% will say :frm Rabi" During the Dec 15th celebrations a Rabi islander will known by their respectivr villages,...where is the Banaban then/ Most of the young generation have never heard of the "the Leonidas or the BBc for that matter.

We are concerned abt language and culture but where is the spirit of the Banaban people?How can a language be a matter of ID when the feeeling of unity is missing or am I blabbing....

Like the spirit of a common man ours need nurturing 

Language and culture need revival
