I agree that Council operational guidelines are stipulated in the act let alone the Kiri. Const. and like the unfortunate driver he is a Banaban also entitled to be employed. Criterion is a factor that is used when applications are received which I feel your two candidates do not fit in. We are all concerned on about this incident and worst of all those affected not excluding the driver who has shown remorse on his doings. Allow me to elaborate that the two so called candidates did also met with mishaps their truck almost landed overboard Nadoi and Tongoriki hill just by inches. The issue here is not the driver if I'm correct, it is on having better transportation facilities for Rabi, which when we put our ideas together can be achieved but not pinpointing on who is to be blamed. Furthermore if the driver was inexperienced we would not have expected one to survive this accident taking into account the many factors involved. I am not defending anyone since there is a law dealing with all this. As human beings we all have our different opinions of any issue, but to be fair and honest with what we say and do, we have to look at all sides of the issues rather than jumping to a conclusion. However, this has become the past and we have got to plan for the future on this issue so that we try and prevent it happening again. Our opinions may differ at this point in time but be rest assured that what you have put up is not sidelined but taken seriously also. Feel free to voice whatever u need to air on my page since there are many things to be learnt about transparency and accountability in regards to Council operation especially to those working outside the Council framework. Once you are well versed with all that then I doubt there will be more to say. Thanks for your view and regards. Bye for now

I have received ur messages thru Stacey as they feel it should not be posted since it is a personal attack. This is a public office as said and you are also entitled to know what is being done. I admire your courage in stating this. However in all offices around the globe and I think you know it, there are issues that need discussion publicly and those that should not be publicised. As for employees FNPF it is Council issue which is still under process and employees are aware of this as it has been discussed with them. I also feel that you do not have a part to play in this and if worse comes to worse it is not you who is answerable to this but me, then why worry. Or is it just mere gossip that you are relying on and not getting facts from where they should be sought. Thanks and regards
