TRIBUTE TO OUR HERO; FORMER & THE LATE MP.TIMON.ANERI OF BANABA.

I would like to put up this late tribute to our hero THE LATE HONORABLE MP.TIMON.ANERI who have passed away and rest in peace back home in Ocean Island prior to the 35^th Anniversary of the Kiribati Independence Week during his service as Member of Parliament in the Kiribati Government for the people of Banaba.

"Deep in our hearts a memory is kept, of one we loved and shall never forget". We owe this hero a multimillion and trillion of love as he had spent his life time with his loving family-especially his loving wife; our loving lady Mrs.Ruria.Aneri in this mountainous and un-packed mission work for the love of his people.

"Brother, you fell asleep without saying goodbye to us, but memories of you will never die". We have not said...thank you for your hard works and dedications, despite the bitterness you have encountered during your service. Our contravenes and ill-choices are now flowing in the midst of the sky without being pardoned by you...you have gone. We pray that God will link the broken chain, as one by one we meet again. In our hearts you will always stay, Loved and remembered every day.

We truly believe that your plans for your people has not yet completed. You have so much to give the generations of the Banabans. “Brother, we may make plans, but the plan has it plan for us too. Yet, we cannot stop saying… we love you. Time may pass and fade away, but memories of you will always stay”. In God’s care you rest above, in our hearts you rest with love. Plans are limited and words are few, thoughts are deep, and memories of you we will always keep.

To our loving Lady; Mrs.Ruria.Aneri, we would like to say “thank you very much and so dearly and without favouritism” for the great love and support you have given and shared to our beloving hero during his service for us. We, as the Banabans in Banaba, Tarawa, Rabi and where ever possible all over the globe, would like to bring this short statement with full of love to congratulate you for your sincerity for the people of Banaba. You have been carrying that heavy yoke of our beloving hero since his political tenure. Ko bati n rabwa, ao are ieta ngkoe ma natimi ni kabane. Kam aitokamauea ao kam aitatarika. Ami bau te Mauri, Te Raoi ao ai Te Tabomoa.

In close, to our beloving hero; THE LATE HONORABLE MP.TIMON.ANERI, happy memories silently kept, no need for words, we’ll never forget. Simple words but very true, we’ll always love and remember you. A cluster of memories sprinkled with tears, wishing God had spared you a few more years. Tenderly we treasure the past, with memories that will always last. Never selfish, always loving and kind, these are memories you leave behind. Ours is just a simple prayer, God bless and keep you in His care our beloving and honoured the late and former MP.Timon. Aneri.
