Bon te bubuti ae enang mangori nakoimi raou n i - Banaba, i am searching for the documentary "GO TELL IT TO THE JUDGE". It is the documentary on how RCL, took the, the BPC to court over the exploitation of Banaba. I am doing a paper on phosphate mining from the context of economic theories and models and to assess the feasibility of a possible rehabilitation from the environmental, social and economic perspective.
I need this important documentary as reference material. I will really appreciate any assistance offered.
Kam bati n raba.
NB: i saw this documentary long time ago and i know it will be a useful reference material.

You can also obtain a copy of the DVD from USP Media for $20.00. Or just call Fred Christopher...he has a copy with him.

Dear Stacey,
I should have been more detailed when replying to Sarah...I assumed that she was USP Student and since she is a Banaban and wanted to use it for research...that IPR (Intelletual Property Rights) is covered by USP copyright laws (bound under their agreement with BBC on footage materials) that anything that is from BBC can be recorded or duplicated only for research purposes or shown to students in lectures. Therefore, if any student requests for a copy the $20.00 is to cover the cost of dubbing the DVD. But USP is clear that it can never be sold commercially. I hope this clarifies the IPR issue.
