FARMERS on Rabi island face major challenges of marketing their products to Viti Levu.

As a result, the Banaban Child Welfare has set up plans to work with the island council to help farmers market their products outside Rabi.

AAM Tawanang tried to coax Opaia Beia Karutake, her 15-year-old son, to go home on Tuesday afternoon. The Central College Lautoka fourth former politely refused.

Three people from the same clan in Fiji including a 16-year-old have died in a single vehicle road accident in the early hours of today.

Four others were also on the three-tonne truck when it went off the road, into a ditch and slammed into a rain tree at the Nacovi junction near the western city of Lautoka at about 5am.

Mauri from banan rabi......I`m back on the island and feeling so good and fresh [breathing fresh air]. So glad to out of that boring place...theres so much happenings here on the island...actually i just came back from Kioa last wk/ beautiful scenery.
