I was very interested to see your photo up on the site here and I have quite a lot of our family photos from this early period of OI history as well. Do you have a more close up photo of your grandfather so I can check to see if I can find him in our collections. My family’s name from this early period is WILLIAMS. My great great grandfather was Henry Williams there at the beginning in 1901 and my great grandparents were both there John and Ella Williams arrived there in 1905, my grandmother was there as a child from 5 years old – Gwen (or Hazel) and my aunt Uma was born there in 1911.

Also I can’t edit your photos from my end. What you do is go and open the page with your photo on it… it will be under MY PAGE when you log in. Then look under the photo on the RHS for EDIT PHOTO and just click on this and you will be able to change it.
