A depression near Samoa is now expected to develop into a Cyclone before it will approach the Fiji group in the next forty eight hours or so. During my visit to Rabi with Niki Taxidis last October 09, we met up with a remarkable young Banaban woman - Radhika Teaoka, who is now working for the Rabi Council of Leaders in the Social Welfare Department.
